Beta-500 is a fully automatic large-scale vertical cutting machine, suitable for cutting various metal materials, ceramics, quartz glass and petrographic samples. It can realize fully automatic, multi-stage automatic cutting with different thicknesses and different angles of XYZR four axes (the R-axis is an optional function).
Features
1. XYZR four-axis fully automatic control. R-axis (rotation/angle) is optional.
2. It can realize multi-segment continuous cutting on the X-axis (R-axis), with equal thickness (angle), or at any specified position;
3. Extra large work surface and cutting chamber; work surface size reaches 728x832mm. The cutting chamber size reaches 1248x1220mm and the height is 900mm.
4. Can clamp ultra-long specimens that run through the left and right sides;
5. Simulation function of cutting route;
6. Equipped with a wireless handwheel to control the movement of four axes to achieve rapid tool setting;
